 I don't live in the U.S., can I still sell you my games?
No, we currently only buy games from customers in the United States, the United States territories, and the U.S. military.
My game is not listed on your site, can I still sell it to you?
No, we will only buy games listed on our site.
Do you buy non-North American games?
No, we only buy games made for the North American market (USA and Canada).
Can I sell you more than 1 copy of the same game?
You can sell us up to 5 copies of a game, per platform, per quote.
What do you do with the games you purchase?
We sell them directly to consumers through a variety of marketplaces.
Do you have a retail location?
No, we do not have a retail location and we do not sell our inventory to or through any retail location.

| Payments |
How can I be compensated for my games?
We pay cash for your games. We will transmit the payment to you through Paypal or cashier's check. Note that there is a $0.90 surcharge for shipping and handling if you wish to be paid by check. Check payments are processed and shipped by Wells Fargo and are guaranteed, prepaid cashier's checks.
How long will it take for me to be compensated for my games?
We will send payment for your games within 24 hours of when we receive them. If you select to be paid by Paypal, then you will receive your payment almost instantly. If you select to be paid by check, then it will be shipped to you via USPS first class, and you should receive it in 3-5 days depending on your location.
Can I change my payment method after I submit my quote?
Yes. Login, go to "Your Quotes", click on the quote you want to edit, then click on "Edit" under either "Payment Method" or "Payment Address".
What is the largest amount you've paid someone in a single instance?
Several thousand dollars.

| Quality Requirements |
Case Condition:
We will not accept games without cases for non-cartridge-based systems (PS2, PSP, Xbox, Dreamcast, Gamecube, etc.). The game case must be in adequate condition to protect the game. This means the case must hold the game securely on the spindle. Broken cases are fine as long as they still hold the disc securely. Stickers on cases are fine. We will accept game cartridges (N64, GBA, etc.) without their original boxes with no penalty.
Game Cover Condition:
We will not accept games that are missing case covers. This applies to all disc-based games, and PSP. Cartridge-based games (DS, GBA, etc) will be accepted without cases and case covers without deduction. We will accept games with marked out or removed UPCs with no deduction.
Manual Condition:
We will deduct $0.50 from the value of the game if its manual is missing. Flat fee, regardless of the value of the game.
Disc/Cartridge Condition:
The Disc itself must be in playable condition. That means that at no point while playing the game does it skip or crash. Light scratches are fine as long as the game remains playable. Severe damage to the label, or a missing label will result in the rejection of cartridge-based games.

| Submitting A Quote |
Can I add more games to a quote after I've submitted it?
No, but you have 2 options. You can include the additional games and we will add them to the value of the quote when we receive your shipment, or you can submit an additional quote with the extra games and we will process both quotes and issue a combined payment.
How can I check my quote status?
You can check the status of your quote by logging into your account and viewing your previously submitted quotes. Also, whenever the status of one of your quotes changes, you will be notified by email.
How are rejected games handled?
If any of the games in your quote are rejected for failing to meet quality requirements or otherwise, then they will be returned to you immediately using the address associated with your account at no cost.
